I truly don’t know what we would have done without her. Both processes were happening fairly simultaneously so there was a lot of moving parts. She kept everything extremely on track for us. She is efficient and knowledgeable yet so kind and compassionate. We felt completely taken care of by her through the entire process I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell. I would also mention that there was some fairly significant issues with the new house. Lisa Hayes did an outstanding job of assisting us and managing the sale of our home. She advised and helped us prepare the house for sale. She paid great attention to detail in handling the paper work. She helped us select a completely realistic price for listing our house. From our perspective we were dealing with a complicated time course, as we were coordinating our purchase of a new home in another state with the timely sale of our home in Peoria. If the timing of these purchases and sales had not been carefully managed, the entire process would have been much more costly for us.
Lisa communicated with us on an almost daily basis, keeping us up to date at every step. She was available to answer our questions at any time. She demonstrated an excellent knowledge of the local real estate market. She gained our trust and maintained our trust throughout the process.
