Beyond exceptional!! Chuck and Katie were absolutely wonderful to work with and went far beyond anything we could have expected from a real estate team. Our time to look at properties was often very limited. On one weekend, despite extremely heavy rain and wind, Chuck spent the day taking us to see six properties because he knew how much effort we had made to arrange the time and how limited it was. That really sums up the way Chuck and Katie treated us throughout the entire process. Their communication was exceptional—always responsive, patient and available. Their knowledge of the local and waterfront market was invaluable, and when it came time to make an offer and negotiate, they guided us with experience and good judgment while always respecting that the decisions were ours. What impressed us perhaps most is that their help didn't end at closing. Even now, they continue to look out for us and help take care of things at the house. Chuck has even come over personally to check on work being done and make sure things are going as they should. That level of care and commitment, long after the sale was completed, is truly exceptional and has meant a great deal to us. They also made our closing special with wonderful housewarming gifts, including a beautifully framed photograph of us at the property from the very first day we saw it—a thoughtful gesture we will always treasure. Chuck and Katie are knowledgeable, professional and genuinely caring people. We feel extremely fortunate to have found them and recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone buying or selling a home in the area.

Chuck was exeptional about the intricate details of selling a home. In this situation, there was a multitude of underlying details that would scare off a lot of realtors. Chuck never broke stride and addessed each issue in a most professional manner. Always a pleasure to work with, and I would reccomend hin to anyone buying or selling a home.

Charles is a true professional. From day one until we sold our home he worked with us and kept us informed during the whole process. Charles is a great negotiator and worked with us to get the best price for our property. I would totally recommend Charles to anyone looking for a top notch realtor.

Chuck and Katie are absolutely amazing! When they say it is a journey, we may have been that buyer that took it to the extreme. Both Katie and Chuck were in it to find our perfect home. We cannot express how thankful we are for their patience, knowledge and willingness to find our place. If you are looking for a realtor, you will not be disappointed with this duo! They are truly gifted at their job. Thank you both!

Chuck and Katie are amazing. They are professional, knowledgeable/savvy, honest, and extremely thorough. They are patient, yet tenacious; searching for months for the right home for me. A home that "I could see myself living in," having the comforts and priorities I wanted. They guided me through the process of bidding and closing. After the sale of the home, they are still assisting me with a two leaks that were not disclosed. They treated me and my family as family and I am forever grateful for their assistance. Thank you!

Chuck and Katie were excellent. Would recommend them to anyone looking in the area. Great personalities, and great work ethic.

Excellent!!! Very happy … will recommend to others!!!
