Alicia was a dream realtor. She was extremely knowledgeable about the area and process. She worked super well with all the people in the mix… really advocating for us and our interests. We were out of state so it was tricky to make time to come back and forth but she went the extra mile by accommodating virtual calls and swinging by our home weekly to make sure progress was happening. At one point the seller’s agent even commented that if he ever needed to sell his home he would use Alicia because of how she kept everyone organized and moving forward! Initially we were only looking to rent and even then, when there was little financial incentive, she helped us. She was friendly and enjoyable to work with.
