Bala Sure has been an outstanding realtor—professional, prompt, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. I was out of town and couldn’t even visit the property I ultimately purchased, but Bala made the entire experience seamless. He identified promising areas in Charlotte and guided me with valuable insights that helped me make a confident, informed decision. Once I selected the property, Bala truly went above and beyond. He was able to successfully negotiate with the builder on my behalf which I could not have achieved. without his support. He represented me in person, gave me detailed video tours of the home, attended the inspection, addressed and resolved all inspection-related issues, and even completed the pre-closing walkthrough on my behalf. What truly sets Bala apart is his unwavering dedication. Even while on a family vacation, he remained fully engaged and ensured everything stayed on track. Thanks to his commitment and attention to detail, we closed on time without a single glitch, making the entire transaction smooth and completely stress-free. Kudos to Bala for his exceptional service! Thank you so much, Bala—I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor.

I'll definitely recommend Bala to anyone in my friend circle and/or for future home purchases.
