Diana did an outstanding job helping me with my property sale. Her expertise in the market’s geographic area was instrumental in determining a competitive sale price. She kept an open communication at all times. She made sure to answer all my questions and concerns. Diana made the whole process run smooth and easy.

Working with Diana was an outstanding experience from beginning to end. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping me through every step of the process. She always took the time to answer my questions, explain everything clearly, and made my stressful experience feel much easier. I moved out of the state and Diana stepped in to make sure everything was taken care of in my absence to finalize the sale of my condo. Diana’s professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication truly set her apart. I always felt like she had my best interests at heart, and her communication was excellent throughout. She went above and beyond to make sure everything stayed on track and that I felt confident in every decision. I highly recommend Diana to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. If you’re looking for a realtor who is trustworthy, hardworking, and truly cares about her clients, you won’t be disappointed.

There was no easy way to write this review. This has really taken every ounce of strength and resilience to go back into this time of my life. My first blessing was Roseann Guagenti. My husband had been telling me for years due to our inability to retire comfortably in NJ we would have to move. Well reality set in and although I fought it for years we had to go. He wanted Florida. I did not. Roseann told us we would get a buyer. We did and we lost the buyer. Roseann continued to work diligently until she fell ill and passed away suddenly. We were crushed. Could we trust that the agency if we stayed with them would do right by Roseann’s family when we did sell? Would they give us someone caring, persistent and tough enough to roll with the punches? We were contacted by the manager who explained everything that would happen going forward if we stayed with the agency. We decided we were going to stay the course. We were given Diana Mahoney to represent us in the sale of our home. We explained to her the obstacles we were up against with Monroe Township ruining our first sale by not allowing us to go to closing even though we had a signed contract for the new septic system and an attorney ready to escrow the funds from the closing. Immediately she went to work knowing that there was a lot of ground to cover. Not only was she entirely new to our listing but we had a unique house with a lot to offer to a more targeted market. She accepted worried calls and persevered the distance since my husband and I both went to Florida to move our child onto campus and prepare our other child’s home for sale. We found another buyer. Diana asked the inspector to come back out to do the reinspection. When she set up the appointment to have the reinspection she restated who she was and that she was our realtor now. She sent the email with her information to request the reinspection. Diana specifically had given the inspector her information once again face to face after the reinspection and the inspector left with Diana’s business card. We were awaiting the results of the reinspection to set the closing date once again the township ruined our sale. A week went by and the township official got indignant when Diana questioned if it was possible that it was not sent by accident or not sent to the correct address. The inspector sent the results to the email for our first realtor, Roseann, who was deceased. Unfortunately, since they sent it late our buyer lost their funding. All told we were at 2 lost sales and $425 for a certificate of occupancy. The official never apologized. Diana is a fighter and did not let the loss of another buyer stop her. She pressed on and did more open houses and reached out to other realtors to get our house front and center. She went over there constantly to make sure the house was secure after showings. She would water my plants and take in the mail when necessary. Anything she could do to help she did. She was able to find us a 3rd buyer. She was my rock during this entire process. There was not a single thing that needed to be taken care by Diana that was not taken care of by Diana. She listened to my concerns. I felt like I could have done more had I been home. She never made me feel bad about being away. She crossed all the “T”s and dotted all the “I”s to make sure we reached the result we wanted. It took me so long to commit this to words because it was tragic. Our dear friend, John, losing the love of his life, Rosie, and me leaving the home where my husband and I raised our children. It brought it all back to my mind when I received a postcard from Monroe Township telling me that I just bought the house that I just sold and that I needed to get in contact with their office so I could get a certificate of occupancy for my new house which was my house I just sold. See Diana, I told you they would do that and they did.

We had an excellent experience working with Diana. She was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, from buying to selling our rental property. She answered every question promptly and with great knowledge, making the process smooth and stress-free. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and guidance at every step truly stood out. We genuinely appreciate all her help and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable realtor.

Diana is great ! We had it easy working with her! Very personal!

I'd like to thank Diana for her professionalism and expertise in handling a very unusual closing. It was reassuring haveing her knowledge and judgment to assist in navigating our sale.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Diana to sell our home. From start to finish she was wonderful to work with. Anytime we had questions regarding the process, she would provide a quick response. She was always professional throughout the entire process. Even though we moved out of state, we would highly recommend Diana for either selling or listing a home.
