Ms Mariyam Roshan was a godsend. She went above and beyond and every single turn to find me and my family our perfect home. She was accessible, extremely affable and a wonderful person to work with. She was extremely communicative and guided us through every single step. We would work with her again in a heartbeat. Every single recommendation of hers was clearly for our benefit and she even negotiated her fee down to find our home to suit our budget. She has become more of a family member to us now and we are lucky to have the privilege of calling her a friend. She has strong family values, integrity and work ethic that make her head and shoulders above every single realtor we have interacted with. Although the seller's agent was difficult to work with and down right rude, Ms Mariyam handled her with professionalism and was able to navigate expertly to help us close on time. She is a wonderful person and Long and Foster is lucky to have her!
