Fantastic buying experience!

He was wonderful! So professional & went out of his way to be helpful & accommodating. I would definitely recommend him to anyone I knew looking for a realtor.

Very honest

Josh is fantastic. He listens, tries to find solutions and was always available. We plan to recommend Josh at every opportunity.

Excellent job. He looked out for us.

Josh is a top notch realtor. We have used him on the sell and buying of our houses. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Always returned our calls in a timely manner. I would recommend Josh to anyone selling or buying a house.

Josh was great! Very knowledgeable and professional, great personality, and definitely on his game.

Josh was thorough and professional throughout the entire home buying process. He was available and responsive and let me know up front when he might be out of pocket for any reason. We may not have been the easiest buyers to please but Josh did not get frustrated.
