Virginia was very professional and went above and beyond in helping us ready our home for sale. We struggled with the demands of the house inspector as we did not live in the area. Virginia was very helpful with contacting local businesses to get the necessary repairs and permits so we would pass the house inspection. She was gracious in handling our concerns and our over the top anxiety.

My wife Irene and I contacted Virginia at the recommendation of a mutual friend. We met her in September 2022, and presented a shortlist (or maybe a long list!🤣) of our preferences and needs for our final “forever home”. NOW (as of June 9th 2023), we have a lovely home in a lovely development in Ocean County, which ticked almost every box (it doesn’t have a fireplace!) and we’ve already met neighbors who seem very nice indeed.
