Tyler Katen with K10 Realty served as our agent for obtaining our recently purchased townhouse. Tyler’s professional and personable manner was a pleasure to work with. I especially appreciated all the market data and process guidance that Tyler was able to provide in an easy to understand manner.

Tyler Katen is the person to go to at K10 Realty. He was very helpful in finding the perfect home. He is a great communicator, very professional, and most importantly listened to what we wanted.

Our family was outgrowing the small townhouse and needed a bigger home asap. Tyler showed us what the local homes were being sold for and gave some great recommendations. Tyler coordinated all the tours around our hectic schedule and that was important because we were still living there with our baby. He also made sure everyone wore their masks and shoe covers. Thanks to Tyler, we were able to sell our home even before it officially hit the market!

Tyler and another realtor were referred to us by our family. The other realtor had two decades of experience under his belt, but Tyler stood out by making an authentic human connection. That was important because we were going to spend a lot of time together. We felt comfortable and most importantly, trusted Tyler above all else. I knew he had other clients, but it felt like we were his only clients whenever we called, texted, and spent long weekends touring the various homes around the East Bay. There was one day where we toured over 9 homes! Tyler was insightful, understood the market, and helped us find our forever home!!! Tyler goes above and beyond for his clients. Even after we closed on our new home, Tyler checked in on us and helped us find a general contractor to renovate our forever home! Tyler, our family can’t thank you enough!

I must take a moment from our busy move in, to leave a few words about our Realtor, Tyler. I have owned several homes in my lifetime and sold several as well, but I have never come across a more pleasant, professional, and helpful Realtor as Tyler Katen. He has helped make this a smooth transaction by staying at our side to be there whenever questions or glitches came up. He carefully questioned us on what we are looking for and our price range. He searched and provided us with weekly choices of homes to show us. He surpassed our expectations and I would highly recommend him to friends and family. You won’t be disappointed!

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Tyler when purchasing our first home. Buying a home can come with many challenges so we are very grateful for Tyler's professionalism and patience throughout the whole process. He quickly responded to all of our questions and made sure to explain things we did not understand. We highly recommend Tyler and his team. Thanks Tyler!

Tyler helped facilitate and sell my property really quickly and effortlessly. He kept me updated with all the necessary and relevant paperwork and how everything was progressing. He was available when I needed to speak live and answer any questions I had. He is really easy to work with. I would highly recommend Tyler as either a listing agent or buyer's agent. We have already successfully closed off my listing in under a month and are currently working with Tyler on buying our next property!

My Fiancé and I are so happy we selected Tyler as our Real Estate Agent as first time home buyers in this aggressive Bay Area housing market. We had a couple of other agents when we first started looking for a home but we found them to be non-responsive and timing is key in this aggressive market. We ended up finding Tyler and he was everything we wanted in a Realtor. As first time homebuyers, we were completely clueless and didn't know where to start. Tyler is very knowledgable and took the time to educate us and provided us with everything we needed to know about the entire process. Tyler always replied quickly, was accessible, and was able to schedule appointments with short notice. We had only been looking for less than a month and he was able to get our 2nd offer accepted, which was amazing in this competitive market. I was not comfortable waiving any of my contingencies but Tyler was creative and helped us put together an offer that was competitive and enticing, while keeping our budget in mind.Tyler remained communicative throughout the entire escrow period to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible.Words cannot describe how thankful we are to have Tyler as our realtor. Thank you for making our dream of being homeowners a reality.I highly recommend Tyler as your Real Estate Agent.

My wife and I are so happy we decided to go with Tyler for our agent. As first time home buyers we did not know anything about the process, and Tyler made it so easy for us. He was always quick to respond to any question we had, and at any time of the day. Tyler made us feel confident in that he gave us the most accurate information, and if there was something he didn't know, he would look into it for us and come back with an answer. We ended up needing to put in a very quick close of escrow due to the current market. Tyler made sure we were able to get everything done and get our keys in only 8 days! Tyler is not only a great real estate agent, but he is also a very nice person. He became a friend to us throughout the process. I would highly recommend choosing Tyler as your next real estate agent!

An absolute Joy and Pleasure to have the opportunity to have Tyler as my agent and I Can now proudly call him my friend.. First off his professionalism and willingness to take every single task of my home buying experience was exceptional to say the least. He took care of every single thing when it came to set up appointments, COVID compliance letters, home showings, virtual paperwork and document submission for me to sign was an absolute breeze and that makes all the difference specially in my very busy life. He answered every single question when he could and if not he'd get me an answer within minutes. He kept in touch in every step of the way explaining  to me from the very beginning that home buying might have its challenges but in the end it'd all be worth it and it definitely showed now that I own my house. He was always prepared with the proper paperwork and answers even with face masks and hand sanitizer. He kept my process perfect and always kept my budget in mind which kept my game and opportunities within range. Before Tyler I was working with two different agents who had never had time for me, barely were in contact, always had houses over my budget, were always in a rush, didn't take the time to understand my needs, one even sent another agent who was in contact with me but I only met twice in person and the other one I never even met I only spoke to him over the phone or text. But Tyler was always there when I needed anything he even took the time to find a diferente better lender who helped put me in a better position to achieve my ultimate goal of buying my house. Me and my family couldn't have been more fortunate to work with Tyler, now I have a home which he helped us get and we are very thankful for everything he did for us, words can't describe how amazing he is at what he does and how much simpler he can make the process be.. thank you very much Tyler Katen for helping us achieve this dream and god bless you..Salomón Contreras
