Outstanding service. Excellent negotiator. House was beautifully staged for showing and photographing. Helpful in expediting closing and inspections. I strongly recommend!

Millie was great to work with! She was always looking for a beach house for my family that met our expectations and was always sending us links of houses to look out. She was very knowledgeable about the beaches that I was interested in and went out of her way to meet me and my family to show us houses when we were on the coast. She was very personable and a delight to work with. She was always great about getting back to me with answers to any of my questions! I would highly recommend Millie if you are in the market for a great amazing realtor! She was the BEST!!!!

We loved working with Millie! She was attentive, proactive, and very knowledgeable about the area and process as we were out of state buyers. Would definitely work with her again on any future transactions.

With Millie’s help we bought our first home! We cannot thank her enough for everything she did for us and helping us with this process. She helped us find the perfect home for us before we get married, we are so grateful to have worked with her!

When I decided to move from Northern Virginia to Wilmington, I contacted Sarah Harris who had previously worked with my daughter and her husband in their home search/purchase. I met with Sarah and Millie Keener who showed me homes in a variety of locations which closely matched my criteria. After the initial meeting I worked exclusively with Millie, who provided regular updates on potential homes which I may be interested in. Working with a remote buyer must be an incredibly challenging process, and Millie’s dedication allowed me to determine when to make return trips Wilmington, and then maximize my search time. The result was the purchase of my new home, which I could not be happier with. I would/will recommend Millie Keener and the Sarah Harris team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Wilmington area.

Working with Millie on a transaction was one of the best experiences I've had in Real Estate. She is kind, prompt and professional. Her knowledge and experience was evident from the start. I would recommend anyone looking to buy or sell their home to reach out to Millie!!

Working with Millie was such a treat. She was knowledgeable about the area we were looking to buy in and her follow up was impeccable. She is truly a kind and thoughtful person and we always felt like she had our best interest at heart. We would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home at the beach.
