Having bought two homes prior in Florida and Arizona, New York clearly was a different beast and it helped to have someone be patient with me and my understanding of delayed timelines. Coordinating between the seller, attorneys, title company, lender, etc. was quite a feat, but all in all we got it done! There wasn't a moment that went by that Linda didn't get back to me promptly about anything and she often stepped up to the plate to help push these things along, getting me to closing to my (almost) ideal date.
