Very good and pleasant to work with. Sold my house to the first buyer.

She was respectful to me and my family. She was patient. She gave us many opportunities to see many homes, until we found the perfect home for us that best suited our needs and desires. Consistently made sure that our needs and once were met in the home that we decided.

Could not be happier about Chand as my agent. She stepped in and helped me in every aspect. Extremely understanding with my needs but at the same time focused on the buyers’ expectations. She gave me valuable advice that made my house sell faster. She was someone who worked diligently to get results I wanted. She communicates well and lets you know what is happening. From a seller’s perspective, I was comfortable and confident that she would sell my property fast even though it was during the winter.

Ms Kakar gave me quite an extensive inventory to choose from, all within my budget and requirements.she was very cooperative with my time schedule for the viewing of each location. when we finally decided she was there till the end helping out with all the details to wrap up the process smoothly . Ms kakar is very friendly and paid attention to all the details of our request.

Chand will stay in constant communication with you during the process of selling you home or property. We appreciated Chand’s respectful demeanor as we worked together toward our first home sale.

Chand was very professional and detail in her work, we had a great experience with the whole process of selling our house.

Our Listing Agent, Chand Kakar, was exceptional! She was knowledgeable, professional, patient, kind, and relentless about helping us sell our home for over the asking price! She gave us excellent advice and suggestions on exactly what we needed to do to get top dollar for our home! She was always upbeat, positive, approachable, punctual, and a pleasure to work with. Even at times when we got impatient or discouraged, she was there to listen to us, encourage us, and remind us that she would not stop until we successfully sold our home. Chand exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely work with her again! She also helped us successfully find a new home to purchase, after we sold our first home. We highly recommend Chand for your home selling needs. She is absolutely phenomenal!
