In November 2022 I interviewed three realtors Mr Demerese stood out because of the responses to my questions,I was in a unique situation that I had to leave the country and Mr Demerese went beyond the scope of his duties by providing me with timers for lamps and visiting the house to move them to make the ilusión that someone was occupying the house. Some realtors use professional photographers but Mr Demerese did an exelent job of casing my home in the best light and positions my furniture, Mr Demerese found me a buyer from the list of investors that is in his posesión a week after it was listed. In all I highly recommend Mr Demerese if you’re selling your property.
