My wife and I have known Amy for the past four plus years. She first contacted us when we asked to see a prospective new home. It is unusual in this environment for timely responses and service. Amy provided these completely. We knew from her actions and concerns, we wanted her to represent us with our real estate needs. Amy has now represented us in the sale of our condominium, the purchase of a home, the resale of the home, when downsizing was needed, and the purchase of a smaller home. Every one of these was handled with consummate professionalism, expertise, coupled with a human touch…yes, a lot of hand holding. Amy will be completely honest on everything she tells you, whether buying or selling. This comes from two senior citizens with anxious fears. We cannot remember any time she was not prompt in managing all our transactions. Her guidance in pricing and negotiating is invaluable. If you want the very best, Amy Salameh is absolutely the best agent we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

Hey Tim & Robyn, I just wanted to take a minute to say thank you. It truly means so much to me that, after helping you buy your home 12 years ago, you trusted me again all these years later to be the one to list and sell it for you. ? There’s something pretty special about getting to be there for both sides of that chapter, and I genuinely appreciate the trust you placed in me throughout the entire process. Your trust and support play such an important role in my growth, and for that, I am deeply grateful. If you could take a moment to share your experience by leaving a review, it would mean so much to me. You can use the link below: Referrals and reviews from past clients are such a huge part of my business, and they mean more to me than you probably realize. Leave a Review Or, if it’s easier, you can always just reply directly to this email with a testimonial, and I can take it from there. Thank you again for trusting me...not once, but twice! It has truly been a pleasure working with you guys. I’m so grateful I got to be a part of this journey with you, and I wish you both nothing but the best as you start this next chapter in Ohio. I hope you absolutely love it there! ? ~ Amy

I have worked with Amy several times over the past few years. She is a true professional who is able to understand my wants and needs and has away been able to quickly find opportunities that meet or exceed my expectations. I've already recommended her to friends and family and would absolutely use her services again.

Amy has been our agent both as buyers and sellers- her professionalism and caring guidance enabled us to feel fully confident in her expertise, while at the same, her sense of humor and gift for real human connection made it feel like we were catching up with an old friend. Amy's approach as an agent is direct, strategic, honest, efficient, tenacious, realistic, and grounded. She made sure that we kept cool in the face of unexpected road bumps, providing open communication and problem solving every step of the way. As a buyer's agent, she was unendingly patient with us as we went from one house showing to another, and as a seller's agent, she had our house under contract in less than 5 days. We are exceedingly grateful to Amy for her time and wisdom, she made the process as smooth as possible and we will always recommend her! Now we look forward to keeping in touch with her as a friend, and absolutely will be calling her up whenever we sell our home for our retirement camper van :) Thank you Amy!!!

Working with Amy was the easiest process, I was dreading this whole process but with her guidance it was a painless quick process. We had two homes to get on the market within weeks of each other and her brilliant marketing strategies had us full offers within a day of the listings going live. The photos her photographer took showcased the listings beautifully and she truly goes above and beyond for her clients. She was always available to answer all of my crazy questions and talk me off the ledge when I needed it. I will and have recommend her to everyone I come across!! She is a great agent and an even better person. She truly is a wonderful person to work with. We were extremely lucky to have had Amy as our Agent.

We had a wonderful experience with Amy from listing to closing. Her knowledge of the market was exceptional! She was able to provide us with excellent guidance regarding pricing and prepping our home for listing. Her listing price suggestion was spot on in a shifting market, allowing our house to quickly sell. Once our house sold, she was key in leading us through the sale and helping us understand all the nuances. She was very attentive and quick to answer any and all questions. We highly recommend using her as your agent!

If anyone is interested in selling their home, they should consider Berkshire Hathaway and selling agent, Amy Salameh she is very professional and knowledgeable, and will work on your behalf to make the sale of your home be a positive experience. She’s very knowledgeable and handles any problem that pops up. She has 18 years experience. I highly recommend her to anyone interested in selling their home.

Working with Amy was huge for us. Even though our sale was challenging, because we moved out of the country before the sale happened, Amy expertly handled all the unexpected complications that arose. From the start, she was super friendly and really understood the market and how it was changing. Despite the distance, Amy made the whole process feel personal and stress-free. She was always just a call or message away, ready to answer our questions and offer great advice. Her knowledge of the market and attention to detail were top-notch. Thanks to Amy, we were able to sell our home and move on to the next stage of our lives. If you're looking to buy or sell a property I can't recommend Amy enough. Her integrity and knowledge really came through for us. Cheers, Thandie & Andy Newell

Working with Amy was a fantastic experience. She has extensive knowledge of the local area and possesses an in-depth understanding of the neighborhoods, schools, and market trends, which proved invaluable in guiding us toward the best options for our needs. Amy took the time to listen to our preferences and priorities, ensuring that we were well-informed about each potential property. Her insights helped us make educated decisions, and we felt confident every step of the way in both the sale of our past home and the purchase of our current home. What truly sets Amy apart is her commitment to protecting her clients from making any bad decisions. She is not just focused on closing a deal; she genuinely cares about her clients' best interests. Amy provided us with honest assessments of properties, highlighting both the pros and cons, and never hesitated to advise us against options that did not align with our goals. Her integrity and dedication to her clients' well-being are truly commendable. Thank you, Amy, for making our dream home a reality!
