Jerrilynn Osmar with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Tomie provided outstanding service from start to finish. She helped us find the perfect home when we moved to the area, demonstrating incredible dedication and care throughout the process. When it came time to sell, she brought the same level of commitment and professionalism, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction. Jerrilynn was with us every step of the way, always going above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. We highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Jerri went beyond the call of duty in helping the sale. Examples. Helped arrange snow removal. Gave me very specifics instructions to make the sale smooth.. Gave me estate sale personel and cleaning folks to empty and house. On and on she was on top of every detail.. I have closed on a dozen properties and never had this professionalism.

We are delighted to write a review for JerriLynn Osmar of Berkshire Hathaway/Tomie Raines Realtors in East Lansing, MI. JerriLynn first worked with our family five years ago, meeting with our recently widowed mother about the process for eventually selling her house. When our mother went into assisted living in the fall of 2023, we contacted JerriLynn and have been highly pleased with the association. JerriLynn's excellent record-keeping and memory of the property made the contact really easy. She was very sensitive to the family situation at all times and worked above & beyond to prepare the house for sale, shepherd us all through the process, and make herself available to respond to all questions and concerns. She is thoroughly professional and expert in her field, well-versed in the home market of the area. We are so grateful for all of her help. We can highly recommend her as an agent for others. The Deal Family

I searched a local Realtor Agent online from out of states before we moved to the area. JerrilLynn stood out from all others according to her Facebook posts and Zillow customers review. I contacted her and she responded promptly. She helped us so much even before we met her. She offered to contact her connections to seek a temporary housing when we could not find an AirBnb or a short term apartment in East Lansing near MSU. She informed us the local policies and regulations we've never heard of regarding renting rooms of an owner occupied house and renting a non-owner-occupied house. She is professional, kind, responsive, patient, knowledgeable and helpful as an expert, thorough and everything all the five-star customers described and better. She sought her customers' best benefits. I purchased and sold many houses in different areas and worked with many realtor agents before. JerriLynn is the best I've ever had. I highly recommend her.

JerriLynn was fantastic, very thorough and efficient, we felt comfortable in every step of the process of selling our home. We will definitely be recommending her to anyone we find needing to sell or buy a home.

Thank you for all you've done.

I would give JerriLynn Osmar a five-star rating. I would recommend her to anyone, especially a first-time seller such as myself. She was very knowledgeable, thorough, and professional all throughout the process. She made sure things progressed smoothly, but did not rush through to close. She was very thorough in explaining the process and documentation involved, and answered any questions we had along the way promptly. She was excellent at keeping us informed of people that came to view the house, their written reviews, etc, as well as making sure we had seen and approved anything that was posted online about the property. She took the time to review all documentation involved, and if had a question herself regarding the verbiage, etc., she went the extra mile to make sure everything was accurate and in place, so that at closing everything went smoothly and was right the first time. It was a pleasure to have JerriLynn Osmar as our realtor, and once again, would highly recommend her to anyone.

JerriLynn has helped sell both our daughter's & our home. We have been greatly impressed with her attention to detail and expertise as well as her outstanding personal social skills. We highly recommend her. She is a true professional.

We received excellent service from JerriLynn. We have known her since 2017 when we started looking for a one-floor rand or condo. She showed us several homes. We didn't buy at that time, but in January 2021 we needed help selling our home. She was very helpful in helping us succeed in doing that. JerriLynn explained everything with a great deal of patience and understanding. I would certainly recommend her!
