Charlotte sold us our home in 1999 and we asked her to assist us this year when we decided to relocate. Charlotte is amazing, totally professional, and knowledgeable while never losing her warmth and kindness. She showed great patience and helped guide us in leaving our home of nearly 20 years. We always felt she had only our best interests in mind. We would recommend her without hesitation!
We were extremely impressed with the service our realtor provided. She was efficient in keeping us appraised of the procedure and its progress. She gave us sample copies of forms we would be signing so we could review and understand them in advance. She made numerous visits and phone calls to our apartment to keep us aware of the progress of the sale. Charlotte went far beyond the call of duty in serving us.
We were 100% satisfied with Charlotte Sprinkel as our agent. She was friendly, professional, very knowledgeable, and did a thorough job for us. She provided us with all the information we needed to make decisions. We felt she went above and beyond in many areas and we would be happy to recommend her to anyone.
This is my 3rd transaction with Charlotte. She is wonderful to work with! Helpful, a wealth of knowledge and always professional. Another job well done!
