I worked with Mindy and let me tell you…. She is Top Tier! Honestly I feel like anyone would be lucky to have her. She really makes it happen and keeps you in the loop all the way through. She got me an amazing deal on a house in this crazy crazy market!!!! Like a dream come true for my new little family of three. Counting all my blessings on two hands now thanks to Mindy! I highly recommend her to anyone. She’s definitely got the edge on this game.

What would I have done without Mindy. Because I am relocating to Michigan from South Dakota, I was not physically able to view properties. Mindy was my eyes literally. She went to properties in which I was interested and made videos of the spaces so I could get a feeling of what the property was like. I quickly located a great townhouse in Grand Rapids. Her attention to detail with getting the home inspected and in dealing with the seller's title company was excellent. Because I had to close long-distance, her assistance in getting through the paperwork was invaluable. I would highly recommend Mindy to anyone looking to buy or sell a home or relocating. She is a true real estate professional.

Mindy was absolutely amazing during the whole first time home buying process! From the first day we met, to the day we closed she always made sure we were getting exactly what we wanted and needed. She was very prompt and always kept us in the loop with new properties. She really listened to what we were looking for and I cannot imagine doing this process with anyone else! We can’t thank her enough, even after buying she still checks in. She is the absolute best and we highly recommend!

A chance meeting led us to the most amazing real estate guru in the form of Mindy Cartwright! Mindy is extremely thorough, always prepared and she has provided us with expert insight into making the most from our investment. Being novices in investment property, we had no idea what to look for or how to make the best choice and Mindy guided us along the process from initial showing to closing. Even after closing, she has been an invaluable resource for additional questions and issues that have come up. We are planning another purchase next summer, this time for our own residential home in Grand Rapids, and Mindy is already keeping an eye out for just the right multi-unit property for us to call home! Mindy is an outstanding agent and all-around expert in her field. She is also a pleasure to work with personally – upbeat, kind, patient and a fantastic sense of humor. She has our highest recommendation!

Mindy helped us buy our first home, and was great at helping us define what we really wanted! She was prompt to respond, patient with our constant inquiries, and flexible to help us set up showings! Her expertise was valuable in making our offers compete with others who had more resources at their disposal and ultimately was the reason we found our starter home!!

MIndy has helped us with two transactions over the past year, and she has been a tremendous asset to us! Proactive, kind, patient, and thorough. First, she helped us ready a condo for sale when a dear friend of ours went into hospice and we were in charge. She sold the condo to the first person who viewed it, for full asking price! Then, she helped us find our ideal "downsize" home when we moved after 35 years. We looked at condos, site condos, and single family houses. Mindy was always ready to show us any property that we thought made sense. When we chose our current home, she navigated the highly competitive market and helped us come out on top against 15 competitive offers! Can't say enough good things about this lady.

Mindy is a wonderful agent! She is extremely knowledgeable about real estate investing and is a true advocate for her clients. Mindy works around the clock to find her clients the best fit for what they are looking for. I was looking for an investment property and she gave me very specific pointers that made a tremendously positive impact on the property I selected. Mindy was very honest and open with me and I could tell that she truly had my best interests at heart. She constantly brought things to my attention that helped me make the best investment decision I could. Mindy was always (I mean always!) available to answer any questions I had and to provide me with important information about our contracts etc. so that I was able to make a confident investment decision. Not only is she an excellent agent, she is hilarious and a very warm and energetic individual!

It is a pleasure calling Mindy "my Realtor!" From start to finish in the purchasing process, Mindy's attention to detail, quick response to my emails, texts and phone calls was very much appreciated. Most important to me is that she listened to what I was looking for in a home and found the perfect one for me. Thank you Mindy, you are a true professional in every sense of the word.
