She was excellent with staging the home and even brought in a realtor friend to help. She also gave good advice on updates needed so the house would not look dated. Her market research was top notch and she continued to do that throughout the process. To gain market insight, as well as potentially gaining a buyer, Toni or her colleagues held open houses twice each weekend. She then followed up with real estate agents who brought their clients through. The feedback received was key in my decision making for minor price adjustments. Toni went beyond expectations, going by the house before each showing and even planting and watering flower baskets to give extra curb appeal. In a down market, the house sold in three weeks! From a personal standpoint, Toni is honest, hardworking and has great communication skills and a wonderful sense of humor. I would strongly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
