In one of the most difficult real estate markets of the last fifty years, Donna Depalma navigated us through an impossible gauntlet of home buying challenges. Every step of the way, Donna's guidance helped us through a chaotic market and calmed us when we felt overwhelmed. Donna put together an offer that beat out competition and won us our dream home. Even after the closing and months later, she's reaching out to support our every need. I cannot recommend her enough and am so happy she was a part of one of the most important decisions of our lives.
Donna DePalma was fantastic. It was a complicated sale with many contingencies and she was with us all the way. We had moved out early and she made sure that our house was still shown with care and kept an eye on the place while we were absent. I would recommend her to any of our friends and neighbors.
Donna DePalma is a GEM! Only because of her other rave reviews did we choose her to be our real estate agent/angel in our search from Charleston SC ...for our forever home in Connecticut. She and my husband did a power tour of five houses in one day and we found our dream home. Donna's expert guidance, sense of humor and hard work were paramount in this journey - and through it all we have our first local friend! Look no further than Donna DePalma to help you navigate this very tricky market!
Donna was amazing to work with on this house sale! The transaction came with multiple challenges from presale preparation, finding maintenance people to address repair issues, identifying vendors to empty unwanted contents, and navigating and researching the potential buyers to find the best buyer match. Donna's service was expeditious and top-notch. She was extremely professional and successfully helped us navigate touchy issues between the buyer and their lawyer. I would highly recommend Donna to any buyer or seller as she handles her transactions with full transparency and complete integrity. Donna made this transaction run smoothly while delivering a fair price for all. Thank you Donna!
Donna Depalma was was so dedicated to getting everything done right and in a super timely manner. I can't imagine going through the home buying process with anyone else. Even our lender said she was the most attentive realtor they have ever worked with. I know that she went above and beyond for us and we appreciate it more than words can express. We will definitely use Donna again and will be recommending her to all of our friends and family in the future.
Donna Depalma was absolutely outstanding to work with. She went far above and beyond as a realtor in order to facilitate a smooth process to find our dream home. Throughout looking in this difficult market and the process of financing through a VA loan she could not have been more helpful. We were truly blessed to work with her and thankful for her.
Donna was an amazing real estate agent and we couldn’t have imagined going through this process with anyone else! She was supportive, honest and trustworthy every step of the way. We knew she had our best interest in mind.
Donna DePalma was an absolute superhero. She was amazing throughout the whole experience. We really enjoyed working with her, she was very friendly and positive from the first minute. We felt like we were in good hands the whole time. There were some twists and turns with the process, and we're first time home buyers so we were a little rattled at times, but Donna took great care of us and helped us not get too worried. We had a great experience with her and will certainly be recommending her any chance we get.
