She did digital staging that was a wonderful addition to the on-line presentation, in addition to having professional photographs of the house taken. She handled any issues that arose with speed and efficiency and always with an upbeat and positive manner. This included handling the sale of her washer and dryer and being at the house for the purchasers to pick up. She did a mailing to the neighborhood and produced excellent flyers that included various things around the area including shops, parks, etc. And she was always readily accessible. Kim was a delight to work with and I highly recommend her!
