Mike is simply outstanding to work with! He is so knowledgeable and made seller our first home simple. As a matter of fact, he did such a great job helping me to purchase that very house that I knew I wanted him to be the one to list it. Could not recommend him enough!
Michael went above and beyond with all he has help and done for me. I would very much recommend him to anyone as a real-estate agent. He's extremely knowledgeable, friendly and knows so much about home buying and what to look for when purchasing a home for a buyer. All around great at what he does, very nice person and cares that he's gives you the best service he possibly can. I was very fortunate that he turned out to be my agent and have now purchased a home in the area. 👍
This is second time I have had Michael as my realtor for selling my home. He made the process go smoothly through out. Very knowledgeable and keeps the process moving and communicates with you thru to closing. If you need a realtor he is your guy to get the job done and done right !
Mike is great to work with! I have bought and sold more than a few homes with Mike. He responsive, friendly, realistic, and provides knowledgeable assessments of the property if it is your personal home or for an investment. I had moved out of the state and Mike managed all the paperwork for me. He made the transactions the easiest I have had to deal with. Years later I still reach out for advice and to check on potential investment properties.
My wife and I work with Mike any time we are looking to buy or sell rental properties. Not only is Mike a pleasure to work with, he is available, responsive and does what is needed to act in our best interests.
In one of our previous property purchases with Mike, we learned of the property listing (in an area we'd been waiting for years to get into) while in an airport coming home from vacation. We called Mike and were able to get into the property as soon as we got home. He helped us frame an offer that was accepted and we've been profiting off of the property ever since.
I highly recommend Mike without hesitation.
Michael is a great agent. He is very easy to work with, and he actually listens
We put him through a lot, many houses to see, deal with our wishlist, and accommodate to our crazy schedule. Despite all of that he found us the perfect house.
I highly recommend him!
Mike is an exceptional agent who goes above and beyond. We have done multiple deals together from residential to rental properties to investment land for development. A diligent researcher to find properties that fit my needs
and also has great follow thru and the ability to negotiate to get deals done.
I would recommend him highly for any and all real estate needs.
I went through 3 different real estate agents prior to finding Mike. After purchasing a home through him, I will absolutely never use anyone else! He was so easy to work with and everything was great!
