My property was co-owned with 2 other siblings and 2 of us live outside the state and would not be present for meetings, inspections, and the closing. At first, I was concerned that I would not be kept updated with the progress and status of the sale and might miss important details related to sale. But Amanda Shingleton was excellent throughout the whole process. She was always available to answer my questions no matter the time of day or night. Documents I was required to sign were executed online through a secure service, so nothing needed to be sent through snail mail, and I always received clear and concise instructions to complete them. Although I had the option to receive the proceeds via wire transfer, I elected to receive a paper check, and it was sent via FedEx overnight priority. Some reading this review may consider the service I received from Amanda as "just doing her job", but from the start she earned my trust, and I felt she was looking out for my best interests. I highly recommend her to anyone searching for a trustworthy and reliable agent.
Great job on selling our condo. As we were 100% remote during the sale and closing, Amanda did a great job covering all the bases. Even in a slow market you got it done on the schedule we wanted!
Sold this home in the first week. Amanda set up an open house with people looking for a high-end home. We had two people make offers. Amanda did a great job with communication and strategy. Her husband Tim crafted a very cool drone "fly-over" and "fly-thru" video. He also helped with make the place ready for any inspection findings, which there no findings. What a team!!!
