AJ Kovall has been my realtor for the past 7 yr's .He's absolutely the best realtor in Pittsburgh! period! I'm a real-estate investor. He makes things happen. I've bought and sold through AJ. I always recommend AJ. to all my contacts.
AJ Kovall is the best real estate agent I ever worked with. I always recommend him to anyone who needs an agent. I been involved in 30 closings. I buy and sell properties and own properties. No one is better at getting results than AJ
AJ Koval was wonderful. He explained everything clearly and answered all my questions without hesitation. He attended all meetings I had with the contractor and asked questions I would not have thought to ask. He responded to all my texts and phone calls - even on the weekends. I can certainly say he was with me throughout this overwhelming process of building a house. Thank you AJ.
Aj Kovall led me through the sale of my condo with ease. He was there to answer any questions I had and to assist when I did not understand what the closing company required of me. I was able to get several buyers within 5 days of listing all with great offers. I highly recommend AJ Kovall as your realtor.
The realtor I had is AJ Kovall in the Cranberry Twp. pa. This is the second property he has sold for me. I'm a real-estate investor . I own many properties. AJ Kovall is by far the best agent I have ever used. He sold both properties on the day we listed. I'm extremely satisfied with AJ Kovall.
Our current agent AJ was amazing and I would recommend him as a 10. the only reason I am rating a 5 is due to previous agents with Berkshire. Our previous agents were not well versed in relocation and made our move more difficult.
AJ Kovall was AMAZING and made our move smooth and easy.
AJ is patient and kind. He is courteous and willing to listen to your viewpoints and concerns. He is knowledgeable about what works in real estate and will be devoted to your needs and work hard for you. He doesn’t pressure you and responds back to you in a timely manner. He is always pleasant and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend AJ Kovall as a realtor.
AJ is exceptional in his accommodations and flexibility. He is always available to answer questions and works hard to find the correct answers to all questions my fiancée and I had.
AJ, was everything I wanted in a Realtor. I sold my old residence two years ago. I used two other Realtors. I was extremely disappointed with both! I know if I had used AJ, I would have got my asking price. I received 40k less than asking. I would recommend AJ. always. He was the best Realtor I have ever used. I am a experienced investor and multi property owner. RMA Properties.
