Rich was very nice and was always willing to show me the houses I wanted to see.

Everyone was so supportive for my loss and helpful to sell the house quickly. They answered all my questions and were very helpful

Rich Allen made the process of selling our home so easy for us. He is an excellent real estate agent. Berkshire Hathaway has a gem in him!

Rich Allen made my selling experience extremely easy. I was very satisfied with him.

Richard Allen help me buy a manufactured home in Cranberry when my wife passed away and I had to move. He did such a great job that I had him sell my previous home in North Fayette Township. Rich was always available to answer any questions I had and I couldn’t of been more happy and using him as my real estate agent. I would recommend him highly.

Richard Allen provided us with friendly, informed, prompt, patient services. He did a fine job of guiding us through the buying of a home and showing us alternative places.

Richard was a star from start to finish!!
