Kristin Hanks was our realtor, and we have to hand it to her - she went above and beyond. In a very tough market, she worked with us for six months and through three offers until we found our forever home. We were so confident in our relationship with Kristin and her understanding of what we were looking for that when the time came, we ended up putting in an offer while out of state. Kristin gave us a video tour of the home, pointing out all of the things - good and bad - that she knew would be important to us. We knew we would have the opportunity to back out (with loss of hand money) if need be once we saw the house at inspection, but as expected, we were completely satisfied with the house when we finally saw it. Kristin was patient with us as we considered a large geography in a new state. She also had a great sense of humor and was very pleasant to be around, as well as being knowledgeable of the area and market dynamics. We really enjoyed our time with her and the final results.
