Cindy Herrmann handled the sale of my co op and purchase of my townhouse competently, and thoroughly, which impressed the owner of the townhome at the closing.
Cindy Herrmann provided competent, personal, and honest service. At the closing, my seller, (who is a builder) remarked that our closing was the most efficient, that he had experienced in all his years, of selling homes.
I will continue to refer Cindy and Berkshire Hathaway to anyone who is considering buying or selling.
Cindy has been helping us with our property portfolio for at least a decade. We appreciate her as a professional who does a great job for us. She is reliable and effective. We will continue to use her services in the future for our realty needs.
