Gretchen Snyder was an awesome realtor for me in the sale of my home. She is the 3rd realtor I have used in the last 5 years and the house sold in 4 days! From the first day we met at my home, we discussed price points and she had very good input regarding what price should be listed. She took beautiful pictures and had them online in a couple of days - we had buyers that were making offers and she guided me as to whom I should choose, not based on the highest offer but considering all the pros and cons of the offers. I am so happy a wonderful, young family bought my home and will enjoy it as I did raising my 5 kids!
