Kathi was responsive and very knowledgeable of the market. She offered advice but did not push opting instead to let us find our way. All issues were handled promptly and to conclusion. In short, no drama, quick peace of mind.
One suggestion: we've been around the block more than a few times with real estate transactions. This is the first office that we have visited that did not offer water or something to drink upon arrival and the first transaction we've completed where our listing agent did not end day with lunch. A small thing, but we thought odd.
