Great people. We used them to sell our primary house again. Rich was very responsive during the sale.and Sharon was very flexible during the closing process.
Sharon and Rich are the best around! I have dealt with them 3 times. Two times selling houses and one time buying a house. Sharon is a very kind and friendly person. We needed a few small changes when signing our closing paperwork and she handled it with professionalism and understanding. She was very accommodating and we appreciated that so much. Rich has excellent negotiation skills and responded to all my questions and texts at lightning speed. He always kept me updated as to what was going on in all situations. Issues can come up during the process of selling real estate and Rich is always calm and gets everything worked out. Both Sharon and Rich are super friendly. Rich has a great sense of humor!
