We are delighted to have her as our agent. She was extremely professional and always had a smile. We absolutely love her. She worked really hard for us over the last year. She went above and beyond for us. There are no other real estate agents, only Janna Pearman. We will recommend her always.

It was a pleasure working with Janna. My house sold quickly with no issues. Thank you Janna, for all the hard work you did!

Smooth and professional process

Janna was so very helpful during our buying process. She was always available to assist us with any questions or concerns we may have had. She really took the initiative to make sure we stayed on track with our new home build which was very stressful. I appreciate her attentiveness and kindness and will definitely be working with her again.

Janna is an amazing lady. This could possibly be the longest testimonial given. My husband owned a home in Texas and we live in Utah. He rented it out for many years using property managers. Covid made our last renter loose his livelihood and he took his anger out on this home. A neighbor near the home asked to be hired to clean up the horrible trash and coordinate the home insurance contracted workers. This neighbor also told my husband of a super awesome realtor who could possibly sell it when it was ready. Due to family obligations the neighbor had to quit. This is where the miracle begins. Janna stepped in and she made ready this broken tattered home. Everything from floors to ceiling, indoor and out needed attention. She coordinated insurance contractors, and there were a lot of them. She would send us pictures of the progress. She found people to clean up the 5 acres and barn. She made her self available to convey the progress and reassure my husband that this huge amount of work was getting done. She then had the house totally cleaned and sent us the pictures of this beautifully transformed property. She made a killer MLS pictorial and she sold the home in just a few days. Janna did all this for basically people she had never even met, all while taking care of her other clients and taking great care of her family. She did so many things that realtors aren’t required to do. We are so very grateful for Janna. She truly is an amazing lady.
