We only had a few days to find and decide on a house and Chris was responsive, and when my wife had 1000 houses he was looking at on Zillow, he was able to find us a house we liked in a neighborhood that we liked. We had a LOT of requirements and we were very picky, but he drove us around all weekend showing us houses and as he learned our tastes he was better able to find the right place for us, and we are LOVING IT!! Our family just moved across the country for work. I wasn’t very excited to be leaving a town I had grown to love, with all my friends and my super cute house. Even though you represented the buyers in this transation you gave the sellers each a copy of a water color of their mothers house where all the kids grew up.The Sellers and the Agent were in Awe of the pictures.
