Growing up in the meticulously planned Willow Glen community in San Jose, Rebecca developed a deep appreciation of quality neighborhoods and the importance of being strategic about where to raise a family. It matters. This was the primary reason she and her husband chose to move to The Central Valley to raise their four children. They love the quality schools, family-friendly environment, affordable cost of living, beautiful diversity, and how this region affords easy access to some of the most stunning outdoor scenery on earth. Rebecca's expectation is that in working with her you will discover her most cherished attribute as a realtor: her ability to parlay her rich and selectively cultivated connections in the industry to your benefit. Rebecca works closely with the most skilled agents, contractors, tradesmen, inspectors, escrow companies, lenders, and others in the community in order to sell your home. She has won their trust because she is a straight shooter, is genuinely warm and friendly, and does not play games. Ask them and they'll tell you. Rebecca has developed a reputation for being an agent who knows how to open doors and make deals happen--often seemingly out of nowhere. Her peers frequently remark: "I have NO idea how you got that deal done" and "How did you do that?" But her effectiveness is no secret: she is persistent, not afraid to ask unconventional questions, loves problem-solving, and readily takes on challenges. Rebecca is kind. Her reputation for thoughtfulness and generosity frequently lead other agents to act kindly toward her and her clients. She answers her phone, she keeps extensive notes, and she has a astonishing "mental rolodex" of the right people to call when a problem comes up. Rebecca treats clients as if they were members of her family and thus sets an enviable standard of excellence in the San Joaquin Valley. She is timely, professional, and will not waste your time. But more than this, Rebecca has formed lifelong friends through her work as a realtor, not because this is her job, but because this is her personality and that's what you're getting. Rebecca is a self-professed real estate "junkie"; she loves analyzing how homes are designed, how they can function better, how they can be optimally marketed, and how they can look their very best to sell. She also loves cutting through the clutter to discover homes of real and lasting value. As someone who has bought and restored several homes with her husband, she knows how to spot a home that has great potential and what it will take to make it a dream house. She is a bear for detail, but equally adept at patiently and thoroughly walking though all levels of the real estate transaction with her clients, whether they are interested in buying or selling. Rebecca is a graduate of Westmont College and Santa Clara University. She and her family are members at First Presbyterian Church of Fresno. The neighborhoods of Fresno and Clovis each have a distinct culture, character, and identity of their own. Let Rebecca be the agent that helps you find which one suits you best.
