Susan was a joy to work with. She was professional and knowledgeable. She made the process of buying and selling our home a seamless experience for me and my family. I would highly recommend her.
I had I great experience with Berkshire Hathaway, specifically with agent Susan Hernandez, she was very nice hardworking and professional, she makes sure you understand the process and listen to what you are looking for. I m happy I had her as my realtor agent.
And thank you Susan.
We had a long drawn out process due to the market, being beat out on offers that we could not top. We found a home we really fell in love with and had an offer accepted but unfortunately our funding fell through after we were already setting up a closing date. Susan referred me to a great lending partner of hers and we were able to get the deal done within 2 weeks and now are first time homeowners...thank you Susan!
Susan was wonderful every step of the very long, stressful process. She was very helpful and positive which helped in times we never thought we would be able to ever purchase a home.
