Matt was very good. I believe he knows his business. But the first offer we got he wanted us to settle in. And I felt very pressured by him to accept it. As it happened I prayed on it on a Monday night. And Tuesday the people that purchased the house were in my backyard.
I spoke with them and knew it was them. Matt did ask them for the figure I felt was fair. We got the price, 5000.00 over the asking price. I felt this was fair.
