Michael was that elusive combination of gracious, professional, locally knowledgeable, personable and responsive! We happened upon him coincidentally when he responded to my query about a property. He was very accommodating and made the process of making a decision and purchasing go smoothly; for example, he came to the house with papers when we were unable to come in person to the office, and he kept in close contact over e-mail and text to make sure we were informed for every step of the way. He seemed to have a keen sense of what property fits certain personalities and was diplomatically open about his opinion about what would be a good fit. He quickly found properties that fit our budget and were a good fit. He is also a longtime part of the Bainbridge Island community and is a neighbor we're pleased to know now. Robin and Michael Ballou went above and beyond to help me sell my parent's home.
