Elisabeth, prepared the listing flawlessly in a day and had the lock box on the door before the listing posted (performance=10). She got us an interested party before (!) the listing even posted and a signed a client in 4 days (schedule=10+).All that for a truly magnificently low realtor fee (cost=10) . In my long career I have only one other time experienced a 10/10/10 in schedule, cost and performance and that was in the aerospace industry. Elizabeth really soars above the rest!
