Xiaoyan helped me close the deal of my first investment property in 2018. She had good knowledge about San Jose area regarding schools, property value, living environment and population. What makes more happy is that she understand a lot of investment principles like ROI so she really owned the whole process from the beginning. From deciding price range + looking for properties, to giving suggestions on rental prices. Overall she is an all around player in real estate world. Strongly recommended.
