This was a difficult sale as we have been out of the area for several years due to a company move. Russ worked with us to understand the market, timing, make suggestions for maximizing our sale and dealt with shipping paperwork all over the country for our signatures. He made himself available for phone calls to walk us through the various forms and clarify our questions. When we decided on a few updates and repairs that were desire able for the house he recommended contractors for the effort that were reasonably priced and did great work. Russ made the entire process easy to work through and painless.

Russ is a true professional. With Russ as a selling agent, we bought a very nice duplex in Willow Glen at below market price. His market sense is exceptional. He knows when to counter and at what price. During property inspection period, Russ was onsite all the times giving us helpful advises.

I could tell the story about my slurping directly from the slurpee machine without a cup during one of our snack breaks, but I think Russ is still embarrassed, and has avoided that 7-11 since then. A few years ago i was looking to buy a house but had some VERY strict parameters on the location and the price of the home. Unfortunately nothing was available in my price range.
