We would give Robert 10 stars if we could! He helped us with a real estate transaction in 2010 and when we decided to sell our home and retire on the coast last year we didn't hesitate to call Robert again. Why? Over the course of the last 5 years, I have had occasion to avail myself of Robert's services (either working with him personally or through one of his staff) in the process of buying three homes. Each purchase was a very different animal. The first was a short sale property where the tangled web of banks and collection agencies had to be worked through. The second was a purchase for a family member in dire housing straits that needed to be completed against a very tight deadline. And the third, which, though a convential home purchase in every sense of the word, became very exciting when the original lender made a serious oversight that put the entire deal in peril. In each of these instances, Robert and his team repeatedly went the extra mile to ensure that not only were my purchase goals met, but they were met in the most advantageous manner which would best best protect my interests, both present and future. In some cases, this meant Robert or hsi team taking direct action on my behalf while in others it involved his providing me with access to an otuside associate of his who could offer expert direction on the matter at hand. Either way, the man has repeated demonstrated to me that there is no goal he sees as too large to achieve and no task he sees as too small to be worthy of his best effort. He brings his A-game every time. Now...that's just the professional side. On the personal side, I can put forth without fear on contradiction that Robert is an exceedingly intelligent and personable man simply to converse with.
