Having a good agent when the purchase process is normal is important, but having a good agent when the process is getting complicated and messy is a must! We had a very uncommon buying process where the house we were interested in was running a business inside of it. The house was in the market for 3 months for a good reason. Miri was on our side the entire time, available for us whenever we needed her. She initiated different ideas, consulted best experts and talked to us through the various ways to get to the other side. Miri knows the right people in the business of renovations and landscaping industry and introduced us to honest, hard worker, fair contractors. Without her we wouldn't have gotten the house!
