Linda was incredible during the ‘selling’ process. Couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. This was tough for me; selling house after almost 25 years of living there. Linda was there for me constantly, answering questions, calming my fears, providing contacts for moving and/or hauling, as well as offering to help me pack! Just an incredibly generous and kind person. She also dealt with my meltdowns and ‘rants’! Linda’s attitude is infectious and she clearly is a most professional and knowledgeable realtor, but also a fabulous friend! Scale of 1 to 10, honestly would have to say Linda deserves a 20! Awesome, awesome, awesome and give this lovely lady a big raise (sorry, had to say that but she most definitely deserves it!) The only negative I had was NOT with Linda, but with the other realtors and their clients. I was hanging out next door during several ‘showings’. One time a couple had their young child actually walking on my bay window in master bedroom. I had just polished and oiled the bay window ledge. I see the boy walking back and forth, getting oil on his shoes, then jumping onto the rug. Realtor should be watching this and telling their clients this is unsatisfactory behavior. Another time a client brought his dog in my house. Realtors were all told I had a cat in house. Again just boggles my mind the realtor would allow their client to bring their animal in my house. So again, Linda absolutely hands down an incredible realtor but I very much question the realtors who brought in such selfish clients but realtors should be watching these things. I did mention these incidents to Linda and she relayed to those realtors, but that was something out of Linda’s control. Very impressed with Linda’s performance and so happy she was my realtor!!

Linda provided us with the best service we have ever received from any professional service provider, real estate or otherwise. Our sale had more than a few challenges and Linda helped us clear every hurdle. She was attentive and communicative, efficient, calm, and kind throughout the entire process. She is also very well connected within the community, so that she was able to connect us quickly to any services we needed in preparing the house, and, of course, to agents with highly motivated buyers. We achieved a higher selling price than we originally expected and sold to a lovely couple who will hopefully enjoy our former home for many years. We are extremely grateful for Linda!

Linda helped us sell our home in Cupertino quickly and efficiently. She researched pricing for the area, gave us suggestions on how to prepare the house for sale and she even helped stage the house herself.
