I started my initially shopping for a house in 2012-2013 and did not have a good experience with a realtor in Solano County. Jennifer listened to what I was looking for and was mindful of my price range. She explained the process very well and was available to answer any questions I had. I was a first time buyer so I had a lot of questions. She was very helpful and made me feel comfortable during the home buying process which can be stressful and overwhelming. The housewarming gift basket that she gave me was very thoughtful, unexpected and greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the area.

Jennifer did an amazing job from the start. Any house we wanted to see, she was their to open the door for us. We asked for her honest advice and she talked to me like my mom would, which I appreciate so much . She was honest , reliable , and quick to always respond . We couldn't have done it without her help!!! Thanks Jenn you are what a real estate agent should be !!!! Can't thank you enough.

Jennifer is a great person and wonderful to be around. She works hard helping her clients get a home. Jennifer really cares about the people she helps get in home by listening to their needs and concerns. I also feel that Jennifer has become a friend through the process of buying a home.

We were absolutely thrilled to have Jenn as our Realtor. She responded very quickly to every email, text and phone call, gave us great advice, and got us a solid offer in a matter of days! We couldn’t have asked for a better agent. She works VERY hard for her clients and best of all, gets results! You won’t go wrong with Jenn Giffin as your Realtor!

It was our pleasure to have Jennifer share some time with us to view a home that was built in 1906 in Colusa, California. As we drove home that evening, we both felt that Jennifer had given us the best real estate experience we had ever encountered. We found Jennifer friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the property. We were never rushed, we were given an option to explore for ourselves or have her give the tour. She gave caution to staircases and pointed out the excellence in craftsmanship. She was knowledgeable about the repairs that were needed, the neighbors, schools, medical care, yearly temperatures, population and availability of recreation in the area. Jennifer was not just selling a house that day. We could see she had respect for the two previous owners and their contribution to the community. Rooms were not just walls and attractive windows, they were places where a family comes together to enjoy gatherings and celebrations. Jennifer has a unique talent of combing knowledge of the property with a passion for life, community and family. We were impressed.

Well to put it simply, Jen is strictly there for you. She won’t settle until you feel like you have found your home! She worked with my husband and I for the past two years to find a house that was right for us. She was very patient and diligent throughout the entire process. If you want a realtor that has your best interest at heart and will fight to find the home for you, then Jen is it!

It was a pleasure having Jenn guide us through the process of buying a home. She has great patients and listens to your needs and wants. I would highly recommend Jenn to any one looking to buy a home.

Very responsive and on top of your sale from beginning to end. Very good with potential customers and creating a vision for them to see how to utilize the home.

I sold a house and purchased another. Jennifer was always active looking for a house for me. She knew which houses I liked. I have dealt with other realtors. Not much fun. I enjoyed working with Jennifer. She knows her profession. She’s helped me since the sale finalized. Selling and buy a home is tough to get through. A knowledgeable realtor makes the process a lot more pleasant! I recommend Jennifer strongly!
