I had been casually looking for a home for about 6 months, but when I met Joseph he was able to make the whole process 10x easier! He is highly personable and it really felt like he cared about getting me the best deal and home possible. I was a first time home buyer and he made everything a lot less daunting. I am so happy in my home and recommend Joseph to all my friends looking to buy!

My friends introduced Joseph to me and my husband for buying our first home. Joseph is an experienced agent. He had strategies for various situations that we had encountered and had full knowledge for buyers - pricing, negotiations, what to look at for old homes when we considered remodeling. Most of all, he is patient and disciplined. It took us about 8 months to find our home, and almost every weekend, Joseph visited openhouses or privately before writing an offer. We wrote numerous offers until finally won one, and Joseph had constantly been helping us. Also, Jospeh does not miss details when investigating homes or making documents. He also explains full details of complicated terms or potential risks to us. When negotiating prices, Joseph is unbiased and honest. As a first-home buyer, we really needed a person who can focus on details and be patient and honest for us. Joseph has the capabilities and we very much appreciate his effort for clients and his hard work.

I highly recommend Joseph! He is very friendly and thorough. He helps pick out the important details to look at for new buyers. He is very reliable, honest, and friendly. We have recommended Joseph to few other friends, and everyone has been really satisfied and happy working with Joseph.

I would recommend Joseph to everyone. He is a very friendly person that has great attention to detail and easy to reach any time. He is an expert in all parts of process of buying a house from scheduling houses to visit, inspecting houses (extra helpful with his background in construction), negotiating with the seller, thoroughly going over the HOA documents, etc. I will definitely buy the next house with him again.

Joseph has been great helping my mom and myself buy multiple properties. He is super patient, has his client's best interest at heart, and is full of great ideas on how to add value to a property you buy. Joseph goes out of his way to help out at a personal level even when it has nothing to do with the sales transaction. We have recommended him to friends and family and plan to get his help in the future for all of our real estate needs.
