I had the pleasure of working with Jessa Walsh as my Realtor on recent sale of a condo in the San Jose area. From start to finish Jessa worked in a highly professional yet personable manner. I was impressed with Jessa's skill and deft touch when it came to positioning our property in the market for a fast sale and agreeable price. Jessa made the sales process relatively easy and low stress. It was clear Jessa had our best interests and comfort in mind throughout the process. I am very glad we chose Jessa as our Realtor. I will use her services again in the future and would recommend her to anyone in need of help buying or selling property in the South Bay area.

Jess made me feel so comfortable during the home buying process. She knows her way around the industry and is very responsive to her customers needs. She walked us through the sometimes lengthy process of buying a short-sale listing and we were able to close on the first place we made an offer on.

We bought our house with Jessa and the process was extremely satisfactory. We looked at over one hundred houses and I am sure we were not that easy customers. We had a long list of want items and we are the kind of people to look at details very carefully. We had been overbid several times and we rejected the rest. We spent over five months looking at listings. We saw houses at least twice a week with Jessa. She was always ready to meet us and show listings. When we were overbid several times, I was disappointed and wanted to give up the process. She always calmed me down and tried to put positive perspectives into the experience. She was always correct when we made an offer with bidding. She came up with the most accurate bidding price, which was amazing. We told her if we sell the house, we would hire her again as our agent because we know she has our interest as her top priority when she works for us.
