Highly recommend Jennifer to all !!! Background - We first tried to sell (with other realtors) our townhome during summer of 2019, Market was very good & supposedly the best time of the year to sell. Renovated our house & did 8 consecutive weekends of open houses, tried two diff set of realtors who claimed to have prospective buyers however, we could not sell. Disappointed, we pulled our house off the market. Since our contact details were already in the system, Realtors from all over started calling us almost on a daily basis. Everyone promising the same (potential buyers in -line to buy our house, Housing market is hot etc). Once bitten twice shy, we were having tough time trusting realtors & decided not to engage with them, even though we had to sell. One fine morning, Jennifer 'Angel' rings our door bell & offered help to sell our house. Assuming she is just another realtor trying to snatch a listing, we didn’t give in easily. Fortunately, because of her calm & professional demeanor she convinced us to show our house to couple of her clients. She did not ask us to either remove extra furniture or do any kind of staging for the viewing. 4-wks down the line, during the peak of Covid-19 when everyone was predicting housing market to crash, Thanks to Jennifer, our house sold ‘as-is’ for a decent price. If you are looking for the best, honest, hard-working and someone to safe-guard your interests, then please go with Jennifer. Our family had so many questions, concerns and Jennifer was always available even after the sale! Once again thank you Jennifer Angel ..!,

We met Jeniffer at an open house some time ago, during that time my husband and I were looking to purchase a home. Jennifer helped me and my family find, negotiate and find the home my family and I needed. Thanks to Jennifer we are comfortably living and enjoying our forever home.

I have known Jennifer for over 10 years and she is a top notch Realtor. She will always go above and beyond to help her clients buy or sell their homes . Our family recently sold a condo in Fremont and it was sold with the highest price in the complex. With her master negotiation skills and strategic marketing we were able to sell quickly and for a great price. Our family will always be loyal clients of Jennifer Angel!

Jennifer was extremely helpful and patient and made potentially high stress situation of selling home very easy! She arranged minor update like painting and installing mirror closet door, and with her staging, the house looked amazing - in real life as well as the virtual tour she created. She managed to get an offer above asking!!! She also helped with dealing with inspection results as well as lots of hassles that come with moving. I highly, highly, recommend Jennifer.

No doubt we had a wonderful experience while buying our home. Jennifer was very patient about the barage of questions we kept on asking her. Even though our budget was less and we kept rejecting homes like we have all the budget in the world, she was very calm and answered/assisted us with the same enthusiasm. Great agent!!!

Jennifer was incredibly helpful through-out the home buying process. She's highly knowledgeable, informative and provided insight when needed. She made the first time home buyer experience easier than what I had expected. I highly recommend her as an agent and would most likely use her services again given the chance.
