I came across Gary Cheema through a friend and I am glad that I worked with Gary on buying my home in Sunnyvale. He provides excellent service and knows a lot about the local real estate market. He provides a lot of information when buying a home in a certain neighborhood. He analyzes the comps, neighborhood, schools etc. This helped me a lot in knowing the area, the offer price and above that Gary worked with great negotiating skills in getting my home for the price that I was looking for. Also after our offer got accepted Gary followed up regularly with updates until we closed.

We recently closed on our first home with Gary's help. It was a wonderful experience. Firstly, the search - His local knowledge was very useful in helping us find the place that was right for us. He was not at all pushy and let us do things at our own pace. He was honest in his appraisal of every house that we visited. This gave us a good understanding of whether a house was overpriced, estimate cost of repairs etc. Secondly, Negotiations - Once we had locked down a house, his impressive negotation skills helped us arrive at the perfect bid price. It was a price that we were comfortable with and also one that the seller accepted without much back and forth. This helped ensure a fast and fair process for all parties. Lastly, after our bid had been accepted, Gary followed up regularly and kept us in the loop about any processes/updates/forms/surprises. Throughout the process, we were confident that our best interests were being looked after. Home buying can be an overwhelming experience, but Gary helped make it a pleasant one.

Gary Cheema is a great realtor, he is a very detail-oriented and professional individual. He is prompt and knows the real estate market well. He worked very hard with my family and I on our recent home purchase. I will be forever grateful and thankful to him for helping make my dream of owning a home in California come true. Give him a call, you don't want to work with anyone else!

Gary did a good job on helping me purchase and selling a flip property. He walked us through ever step of the way. Highly recommend him. Very professional and is responsible and comes through with what he promises.

Gary made my whole house buying process very smooth. He was always available for any kind of questions, documentations or visiting properties. Gary also understood my requirements very clearly and din't waste time going through properties that din't fit my taste. This helped me only reach out to very targeted houses. If the house was not good enough for me, he was very clear about it and put his point in a very logical way. I really enjoyed having constructive discussions about the house's conditions, locality and other aspects with him. He gets as passionate as you in the whole process and this really helped me get very honest opinion. I think more than anything a real estate agent needs to understand your requirements, thoroughly go through all disclosures and inspection and openly discuss all aspects of house. Gary really aces this aspect and this is why I highly recommend him.

Gary Cheema is the finest person in the real estate business and a professional who has very good expertise in the real estate business. As they say that the first impression is the last, he totally justified it from the start till now where he has gone above and beyond to provide local contractors who are assisting with improvements for the new home. His demeanor is very pleasant and is the first agent of many that I worked who beat us every time on timeliness. He kept us appraised on every step into the process of home buying. In a short span of 6-8 weeks he was present to evaluate over 40 homes alongside which is a great value add for first time home buyers. I will recommend him highly for the home buying and for his expertise.

Gary was great.. Right from the start of the process, all his discussions were upfront, and he made sure I understood all the nuances of the deal. He helped with getting all the set up right from staging to the open houses done right. I would highly recommend him for any real estate transaction.

I recently closed my condo in Newark and I would like to recommend my realtor Gary Cheema . I picked him up from a Facebook group on recommendation of Jaspreet Singh. We were first time home buyers and he made sure that we understand the process and didn't rush us into making a decision. He also replied and answered on time which helped us stay on top of the process. He is very hard working and worked till late in the night to make sure we can put offers on properties we like. He knows a lot about the East Bay and Peninsula area, as he has lived here for 18 years.

Gary did the commendable job in selling my house above asking price. Gary was very communicative until the house was sold.whatever the little progress was made he used to call me right way.

He has done great job.i suggest his name to friends and they also like his service.he advice me many things about finding right house that I'm looking for.
