Bruce did an excellent job in representing our home sales in Willow Glen. He was always professional, willing to listen to ideas, held open houses as required, worked well with everyone involved. Bruce has a calming influence. Selling a home can become stressful overtime. Bruce was always calm and collected and helped us work through any and all situations necessary to sell our home in a very reasonable period of time. I would recommend Bruce in an instant to anyone wanting to sell their home. He will represent you well and he will do all the necessary things to get the house sale completed.

Bruce helped my parents buy their home ~17 years ago, and he helped me buy mine last year. He's absolutely excellent--attentive, flexible, possessed of extensive contacts in real estate and related industries (construction, etc). I can't recommend him highly enough.

Bruce was my realtor in buying and selling my house where I lived in for more than 18 years. Bruce took care of all the aspects to get the house ready for sale with his good professional working relationship with home inspectors, and escrow companies that made the whole process went smoothly. Bruce was very patient explaining all the details of the house sales process. I highly recommended using Bruce Scheer for either buying or selling your home. Bruce is an excellent expert, very honest and patient realtor. I can’t say more about Bruce, he his number ONE realtor!

Sherry and I really appreciated your amazing Service, Support and Advice that you have provided to the sale of our Greencreek Dr. house. You are the most Patient, Understanding and Courteous person that we have dealt with. As we have relocated, hence most of the works were done remotely via Wechat - it is a miracle that everything went smoothly! 3 Gold Standards. Bruce Scheer = 'Professionalism, Expertise, Kindness'. Thank you again. We have no hesitation to recommend Bruce as the 'Go To Property Agent' and would be glad to act as References. George C. & Sherry Z. Listed and sold a home in Willow Glen Greencreek Dr, San Jose, CA 95124

My wife and I were nascent buyers, but Bruce took care of us. He walked us through the process and worked very quickly — we went to an open house on Saturday, met Bruce on Wednesday and put in an offer on Thursday. Thanks to Bruce's connections, we got the opportunity to increase our bid and win over the multiple bidders. I've already recommended him to coworkers, and I definitely will look to him when we're looking to sell.

Bruce Scheer is a top notch real estate agent, who I will hire again when I sell/buy another house. He was recommended by a friend of mine and it was the best recommendation. We are first time home buyers and Bruce supported us throughout the entire process. We couldn't have done this without him. He's very helpful, accessible at all times and very responsive.

Bruce was very helpful and informative in our home buying transaction. We felt very comfortable with him, he was respectful of our needs, and he showed genuine concern and interest for things we required. I would highly recommend his services.

I cannot recommend Bruce more. We worked with Bruce on the sale of our house late last year and he provided excellent advice throughout the process. With his guidance, we made subtle (minor) improvements to our home to maximize the sales price. He also helped us find our new home and was our advocate throughout that process. With a limited budget and a list of specific wants, we struggled somewhat to find the right home. When we did find a viable option, Bruce helped us identify the right offer within our parameters. Once an offer was accepted, Bruce was attentive every step of the way to ensure we were well taken care of during a stressful time. On a personal level, Bruce is that rare person who can balance strength with kindness. He was equally a pleasure to work with during the exciting times as well the more stressful times.

We met Bruce by chance, and are very fortunate we did. There are several things that we really valued about our relationship. First, his expertise and experience in the industry. We've worked with other agents on previous home purchases and I can honestly say, none of them even came close to Bruce. Second, his commitment to his customers – Bruce was always there when we had questions or concerns – on the phone, by text, by email, you name it. We felt like we were his only customer (I’m sure far from reality), and really appreciated his availability. Third, Bruce was very consultative in his approach and also sensitive to our needs. There were times when we needed him to be more hands-on, which he was. And there were times when we needed our time/space to make a decision and he respectfully gave us that as well. Four, I loved his honesty! During the three month home search, there were houses that we were interested in and each time, Bruce provided his candid opinion on the home, be it good or bad. Looking back at some of the homes we considered, he was absolutely right, and we very likely would have regretted buying something that at the time seemed like a good decision. Lastly, and most specifically – he played an integral (if not THE integral) role in helping us get our dream house. We took his suggestions and advice, and ended up beating out the other offers and getting our dream house. We moved two weeks ago! I think the biggest and truest compliment that I can give someone is whether I would work with them again – and with Bruce, the answer is in a heartbeat.
