From the moment Beth came to our house, we knew there was a connection. She is the epitome of a professional. Beth represented us as both sellers and buyers, so we’ve seen both sides of the transaction with her. Beth sold our current property and took care of the professional photography and marketing, getting the largest possible net of potential buyers. Beth was able to negotiate the closings so that we would not have to use storage or live in a temporary location, saving us potentially thousands of dollars and the headache of moving more than once. Buying and selling at the same time is no cake walk. There were moments when it felt as if it all could have fallen apart. She battled an extremely low appraisal, negotiated almost 15k of credits for the new home, and took care of every detail along the way, only coming to us with solutions to the problems at hand. Being an anxious person, I had to trust the process and I am so glad we did. We followed every piece of advice she gave and now we have our dream home. If she had not been so well versed on both buying and selling, this transaction would not have occurred. We owe our dream home to Beth and her team. If you don’t use Beth, then you are leaving money on the table. I’ll shout it from the rooftops, “USE BETH AS YOUR REALTOR, YOU WON’T REGRET IT!”

My husband and I were lucky enough to have Beth and Danny as our Realtor. Our experience with them was absolutely wonderful. They really listened to our needs and guided us through a tough time. They are both total pro's and also fun to work with. We will definitely be back to work with Beth and Danny in the future and can't say enough about what wonderful agents they are. We will totally recommend them to our family and friends!

We feel very lucky to have met Beth and Danny. We were just exploring our options and they not only helped us get acclimated to the area and inventory, but they also introduced us to Team Hill who got us in the game much sooner than expected. Their knowledge of the real estate business and their sense of confidence and calmness kept us at ease the entire time . As we found out through this process, the real estate industry can be very challenging. That being said I truly believe we are not in our dream home without the Ayala team on our side . We are extremely happy to have had them as our realtor team , but also as more then that we feel we have formed a friendship that I am sure will last for years to come .

Beth did an amazing job on selling our home in Gilroy CA. She helped us in de- cluttering and staging the house to put on the market. We had been in our home for over 19 years, so we had a lot to do! Thanks to Beth, (she was awesome) had our home sold in less than 30 days. Her attentiveness was beyond our expectations. I highly recommend Beth, she went over and beyond our expectations. Thank you Beth for being our realtor seeing us through this entire process!!!

We were introduced to Beth casually but after a 20 minute conversation, we realized she was a true professional with the extensive knowledge of the Gilroy community that we needed. She did two things immediately, that gave us confidence and set us up to be successful when the time came to purchase a home. First, Beth introduced us to Team Hill who were a phenomenal mortgage finance team. Second, she put us on a list so we could start looking at inventory and provide her feedback that would help her understand our wants and needs. We told her we were just starting the process and she was fully invested in being there to support us, regardless how long it took. Two short months later we found our forever home and with the help of team Hill and Beth Ayala's experience, we beat out 5 offers and closed escrow in 21 days! Beth was a calming but mighty force during negotiation and close. There are a lot of people in this industry to choose from but you are truly in the best possible hands with Beth Ayala.

Beth: classy, professional, energetic, with a huge bubbly personality & warm wonderful heart. She went above and beyond to make each process smooth and stress free. She was recommended by a very close friend. We had a few agents swing by but once Beth starting talking we knew she was the perfect one to sell our special little casa. She was well prepared and had done her homework(Professional Comps binder and the sellers paperwork readily available just in case!!) Smartest prepared choice EVER!!!! Selling our casa was very sad but exciting at the same time. Beth was always encouraging to focus on our future plans and dreams. ? We just adore Beth and will highly recommend her to all family and friends. The experience has been pleasurable to say the least. Beth is Top-Notch in our book!!!!!

Omg where do I start? Beth went above and beyond her duties to make sure the sale of our home went smooth as silk. Beth advised us on how to stage the house for maximum results. She strategically priced our home so that multiple offers would be written and exceed listing price. Boy how right she was. Beth sold our home for $20k over asking price. Beth set up all the inspections, hired photographers and even set up cleaners to come in after we moved. My wife and I could not have been happier with job Beth did for us. I have sold several homes in my time and I have never had a smoother process then I did with Beth. I would highly recommend her for the sale or purchase of your next home. Beth is the best agent I’ve ever delt with. She truly rocks

Beth was a huge help to sell our house in Gilroy. We live out of town and she was key meeting with contractors and even rushing over when she got a call from a neighbor that we had a sprinkler stuck on. She was willing to go above and beyond to help us sell our house. We really appreciate her knowledge and dedication.

Beth did a great job representing us in selling our home I would recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor She is very knowledgeable and experienced and wonderful to work with She made the selling of our home very easy and stress free

Beth encouraged us for some time to consider buying a home. About a year went by and with Beth's persistence we decided to try. Though the market did not make it easy for a first time home buyer in the Bay Area, Beth stayed positive and determined in our search. She was always available to show us homes, answer emails and phone calls. She utilizes the highest technology to make signing documents via email effortless and at her client convenience. Beth worked very hard to develop good relationships with selling agents to help increase our chances and in the end, I believe this is why we were fortunate to get our condo! She has a heart of gold and her personal relations with all parties make it such a pleasure. Once our sale closed we missed the frequent convos with Beth. We will eventually outgrow our condo and can't wait to work with Beth on our next purchase!
