It was a difficult home sale due to the fact I did not live in Florida. There was renovations that had to be managed and done from a long distance but my realtor, Eva Sutherland, who was recommended to me, was able to meet and exceed the task! Since the renovations took so long and Eva's daughter's wedding was out of state she got sone help from Terry, another realtor in her company. They both did everything they could to help sell my home including multiple open house events and showings that we finally sold the house!
