Mathilde Kirland is an asset to your firm. She is knowledgable, helpful, consistant, motivated, reliable, punctual, communicates well and her integrity is impeccable. Absolutely a pleasure to work with. As a clients we were glad to have met & relied on her skills, many times, over the past 25 years to present day. Mathilde Kirkland does not disappoint.

Mathilde was so nice, educated and wonderful to work with. She was extremely responsive and always available for any question. She made this process so simple and easy to complete.

Mathilde was friendly and very professional the first time my wife & I met her at an open house. We then engaged her for finding a new home and selling our old home. In addition to her real estate knowledge, she was a good listener whenever we explained what we were looking for or wished to do, and then followed through. Never any pressure from Mathilde one way or another, and always responsive whenever we needed to contact her. Mainly due to my career, we have owned 14 homes thus have worked with many realtors, and some were good and some were average. But Mathilde ranks at the top of our list of excellent realtors we have worked with.

The communication between Mathilde and us was fantastic. Everything went quickly and we were extremely satisfied.

So pleasant to work with and kept us informed about everything going on. Could not ask for any better service.

We couldn’t have asked for a better person to help us find our first home , I wouldn’t hesitate to use her again , and I will recommend her to anyone that asked if I know a good realtor, I would add she not just good she’s a great realtor
